How thick should dough be rolled out/ what size rectangle to roll? Trying to guess from size of knife in picture but 5 eggs doesn’t seem much filling. Small bunches of herbs - is this 5-6 scallions as they come from the store and about half of the grocery store size parsley as they are quite large. Weights or cup sizes would be great..]]></description>
